Will Dudley Be Lietuenant Governor?

When I was working at at WebTV Gary Coleman called and he got forwaded to me. At one point I told him how that episode where he and Dudley went to the Bike Store and Dudley was molested by the guy in the Bike store changed my life.....
Seriously though this guy couldn't pay his Internet Bill how is he suppose to balance the CA budget?
